WIP fix: hash too long identifiers

• First commit (ci(behat): move boilerplate from Scenario to Background section) is a cleanup of the behat feature file, as way too much boilerplate was unnecessarily copy-pasted across all Scenarios. This is just yak-shaving.
• The second commit (test(integration): add test for importing a group with a name >= 64) is adding a test that is expected to fail – preparation for the fix (group part only for now) so we'll know for sure when the tests turns green. It requrires feat(dirserv): add a group with a groupname longer than 64 characters docker-ci#858, but it is having issues on its one when building the container (new RDHS release, and they do not offer tags).
• P.S.: Yeah, the relevant, added test is failing 💪
• Third commit (fix(DB): allow group names from SAML with a max length of 255 (from 64)) is necessary to actually store the original name. We had a limit of 64 bytes there as well. It is increased to 255 now.
• Wasted time on an effort a cleaner fix, but got lost in the maze of saml group handling code
• The fourth commit (fix(Group): ensure that group IDs are not too long on creation) has a very minimal fix for group IDs. When they are too long, an error is logged and otherwise it is ignored. Tests should turn out green to proof correctness.
