refactor!: migrate files sidebar to Node API

Summary

This is the last missing piece of the files app that was still using the legacy FileInfo object instead of the modern Node objects.
So this contains:

• Migration of the files sidebar to Node API
• Add sidebar store and expose to files library
• Migration of the sidebar tabs
  • comments app
  • sharing app
  • versions app

Checklist

• Code is properly formatted
• Sign-off message is added to all commits
• Tests (unit, integration, api and/or acceptance) are included
• Screenshots before/after for front-end changes
• Documentation (manuals or wiki) has been updated or is not required
• Backports requested where applicable (ex: critical bugfixes)
