Maintenance update.

  1. Added optional Nextcloud notification for new unread GitHub notifications: New Issue Notification #22, Add option to show notifications in notification overview (bell) #105
  2. Show default token user info in admin settings (like in Personal): "Default access token" does not show connection info #88
  3. Update pkgs
