Update Node version to support Nextcloud 32+ (Node 22 and Node 24). Use `devEngines` to use the same Node version as current apps use for their development to make sure CI and local tests and packages are the same. Signed-off-by: Ferdinand Thiessen <opensource@fthiessen.de>
