- 난수 발생기
- Random 대신 RandomNumberGenerator 사용
- 생성자를 private 로 변경 - from -> fromCarNames, fromCarList 두 메서드로 분리
- 경주 결과 출력 메서드 구현
- assertThrows -> assertThatThrownBy
- EXCEED_NAME_LENGTH -> INVALID_NAME_LENGTH
- 길이가 0인 이름 테스트케이스를 부적절한 이름 길이에 대한 테스트로 병합
- assertThrows -> assertThatThrownBy
- forEach -> String.join 사용
