The Dale linting step was only checking 3 of 9 rules (minimizing-difficulty, negative-assumptions, xy-slop). Now it reads every .yml file in the dale/rules/ directory, so new rules are automatically picked up. Added Glob to allowed tools so Claude can discover rule files.
