Disable Vale's heading punctuation check since Markdownlint MD026 already covers it.
Removed 'config', 'Config types', and 'Config Types' from the vocabulary list.
Added HTML tag ignore pattern to TokenIgnores.
Remove 'config' and 'Config' from accepted terms.
