OSS GateのWebサイトのリポジトリ。
GitHub pages（jekyll）を使用。markdownファイルとhtmlファイルを編集して、リポジトリにアップすると、GitHubがWebページに変換してくれる。
テーマには、defaultのminimaを使用。https://github.com/jekyll/minima
cssをsassで少し足している。
