Added SnipList. SnipList shows all possible snippets and triggers of the current context in a vertical window.
The purpose is to show the triggers When learning its helpful to see what is possible. In addition the snippets-dir was deleted, because there are a lot of snippets out there, people whant to use. So the functionality and the datacontent are seperated. Snipmate can concentrate to functionality Other write the content.
