Changed target to 33. Added missing tags to AndroidManifest. Updated libraries to fix Crash on newer versions of Android due to the notification.

Added missing tags to AndroidManifest.
It might be too much for just one pull request, but it's what I needed to make it compile on Android Studio Dolphin and work on a Galaxy Fold4 with Android 12.
The current version crashes when trying to show the permanent notification because of the outdated dependencies.
