feat: Update Braze to 36.0.0 and minSDK to 21

Summary

• Braze have released a new SDK version (36.0.0) for Android that supports reverting back the min SDK to 21 instead of the required min SDK 25 that was introduced with Braze SDK v34.0.0, this PR includes the latest Braze version and lowering the min SDK to 21
