Updated Readthedocs for the frontend changes that are merged:

testing.md	ESLint → Biome, --fix → --write, updated link references
code_style.md	ESLint/Airbnb → Biome, reactstrap → react-bootstrap, Bootstrap 5
accessibility.md	All reactstrap refs → react-bootstrap (components, props, examples, links). Bootstrap 4 → 5.3. color prop → variant. Updated Form/ProgressBar examples to react-bootstrap API
common_tasks.md	Removed Poetry; use pip install -e ".[docs]" + mkdocs serve
backend_tasks.md	Removed nonexistent runtests.sh reference, vagrant → Docker, VM → container
installation.md	Default dev command changed to pnpm start:stage with clearer note about production
accessing_data.md	MySQL → PostgreSQL throughout, MySQL Workbench → pgAdmin/DBeaver, fixed Python 2 print syntax, fixed loop variable shadowing
administration.md	MySQL → PostgreSQL (CREATE USER syntax, ALTER ROLE for password changes)
mkdocs.yml	Added orphaned frontend-backend-prod-db.md to nav
