Description

Summary of Changes

This PR does two things:

  • First, it allows for multiple deprioritized servers to be passed to server selection instead of only the most recently used server.
  • Second, it allows deprioritized servers to be used on all topologies.
Notes for Reviewers

I made some cleanups to server selection in this PR - I've commented them in the file. I am happy to revert any or put them in a separate PR if that makes the review easier.
