Updated description for user_id to specify employee context. To improve understanding of the field. This should especially be improved for MCP. So the LLM understands what to put here. To mitigate the error as in the MCP demo by Joost.
Added detailed descriptions for time entry API and parameters. Should help LLMs better understand the APIs and mitigate the risk of accidentally recording the time stamp in (LLMs) local time instead of UTC.
