(Feat) Add Basic API on RTB Objects

Hum, let's try something.

Currently we allow to talk with the rtb api with the "classic" apikey header (Already used in RTB).
This Api allows us to talk with :

• Teams, (Read only, no full CRUD),
• Boxes (Read, Create, no delete, no put),
• Corporation (Read, create, delete, no update),
• Flag (Read, create),

You should look to tests/testHandlersApiV2.py that can give you some ideas on how it works.
