Summary

Bump mojo-regex recipe from 0.5.0 (Mojo 0.25.6) to 0.6.0 (Mojo 0.26.2).

Update version to 0.6.0
Update mojo-compiler dependency to 0.26.2
Update git rev to latest main commit
Restore mojo-compiler based requirements (instead of max package)
Fix output package name to regex.mojopkg (matching the import name)
