Big update for 2026!

Over in the xuml-populate repository I have been updating the elevator system, and primarily the elevator management domain so that it populates into the latest metamodel.

This is a key preparatory step before we can execute the elevator in this year's project - the Python model execution (MX) environment.

In the process I have ensured that all of the Scrall actions parse and populate correctly.
