docs: add ContextMCP to community servers

Adds ContextMCP to the "Community Servers" section in alphabetical order (between Contentful-mcp and crypto-feargreed-mcp).

About ContextMCP

ContextMCP is a self-hosted MCP server that turns documentation into a searchable knowledge base for AI assistants. It indexes documentation in multiple formats — Mintlify, Fumadocs, Docusaurus, plain Markdown, and OpenAPI specs — into Pinecone using OpenAI embeddings, then serves them via the Model Context Protocol and a REST API. Ships with a CLI scaffold (npx contextmcp init) and deploys to Cloudflare Workers.
