Description

Adding Facebook Ads 10xeR to the community servers list. This MCP server
provides comprehensive access to Facebook Ads data with enhanced creative
insights and multi-dimensional breakdowns.

Note: This replaces #2298 which had GitHub display issues.

Motivation and Context

How Has This Been Tested?

The server has been tested with Claude Desktop and includes comprehensive
error handling for the Facebook Ads API.
