Add visual badges to show tool annotations (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint) when a tool is selected. Tool annotations have been the subject of several recent proposals and the existing annotations may not be commonly used by servers or clients. Adding them to the inspector should improve the visibility and verifiability of these annotations and their default values.
