Summary

Documents a new agent feature: typing @ in the dashboard agent panel composer opens an autocomplete menu of files and folders from your documentation, letting you attach them as context to your prompt.

Source PR

mintlify/mint#7632 — Add @ tagging for files and Navigation. The PR adds keyboard-driven autocomplete (arrow keys to navigate, Enter or Tab to apply, Esc to dismiss) that inserts a navigation attachment instead of plain text. Attachments are passed to the agent as labeled context with their paths.

Changes

  • agent/effective-prompts.mdx: New Reference files and folders with @ mentions section explaining when to use the feature, the keyboard interactions, and example prompts.
  • agent/index.mdx: Adds @ mentions to the list of things you can do with the agent.

Note

Low Risk
Low risk: documentation-only updates that describe a new dashboard agent panel interaction; no runtime or API behavior changes.

Overview
Documents a new dashboard agent panel feature where typing @ autocompletes documentation files/folders and attaches them as context chips, including keyboard interactions and example prompts.

Also updates the agent overview page to explicitly call out @ mentions as a way to scope requests to specific files and folders.
