Document Add to Assistant button in the web editor

Summary

The web editor's floating text toolbar now includes an Add to Assistant button. Highlighting text and clicking the button attaches the selection to the agent panel as a chip and opens the panel with the chat input focused, so you can prompt the agent against the exact passage you selected.

Changes

• Added a new Add a selection to the agent section to the editor's "Create and edit pages" page that explains how to use the button, what gets attached, and what the agent receives.
• Added a bullet to the most recent changelog entry under Improvements so the feature shows up in product updates.
