Condense React custom components guide

Condenses the React custom components guide by:

• Removing duplicate Counter component code (was shown twice — once in code block, once live)
• Simplifying the code block example to show minimal logic instead of full styling
• Removing redundant intro prose
• Flattening the Considerations section from nested accordions into a single bullet list
• Tightening transitional text throughout

Updates customize/react-components.mdx to be more concise by rewriting the intro and section headings, simplifying the inline Counter example, and tightening the component import instructions.
