Pidgin: Fix broken URL

This PR fixes the broken download URL for Pidgin package.

The old URL does not exist anymore which leads to a download error also affected depending packages

@itzonban I remember running into this issue previously; this needs a direct link rather than using the sourceforge link. Is there another long-lived mirror that would work better?

Alternatively is there a better way perhaps that you'd suggest this is migrated to?

@mikeee that what I was afraid of that the redirection links won't work :( I don't know of a long-lived mirror, so it really comes down to extracting another mirror and hope it stays on for longer...

Looks like the direct download link now works fine - we'll see if this lasts.

I also wanted to ask you something:
Some years ago I became maintainer of the pidgin-otr plugin package (see here). Since I do not have a single windows machine anymore and moved away from the choco world I was wondering if you would be willing to become maintainer for these two packages as well. Nothing has changed there for years and it should be easy to include this in your automatic list.
