Weekly sync update to provisioningInfo.json, extending permission deployment metadata to reflect newly available/updated permission variants.
Changes:
- Added a new permission deployment entry for
ServicePrincipal.MigrateToAgentIdentity.OwnedBy(Application, hidden, disabled, PPE/public). - Added
DelegatedWorkvariants alongside existingApplicationvariants for_A.DGand_A.DH.
