Removes a disabled/hidden provisioning entry for a permission that is no longer present in the permissions catalog, keeping provisioningInfo.json in sync with the current set of permissions.
Changes:
- Removed the
ServicePrincipal.MigrateToAgentIdentity.OwnedByentry frompermissions/new/provisioningInfo.json.
