Summary

Migrated the current generation pipeline under a governance template, along with running a migration tool to follow the latest security good practices.

Generated code differences

  • Moved from using ArtifactDownload and PublishArtifact tasks to templateContexts
  • Modify the pipeline to follow the new standard under the governance template

Command line arguments to run these changes

Some security alers might pop up, this due to a slow security alert on the typespec msgraph repo. I'll handle that alert later on that repo
