• Create GitHub Actions workflow to identify and close vague/trivial/irrelevant issues
• Define criteria for identifying such issues (template-only content, single-word titles, unrelated topics)
• Add workflow that runs on schedule and on issue creation
• Test the workflow logic
• Verify the workflow closes appropriate issues with proper comments
