I added a new section to the Ruby language documentation describing how test discovery and execution works via the VS Code Testing view using Ruby LSP, including a concrete usage example and a reference to the Ruby LSP docs. Given the existing structure, the documentation is scoped to the Ruby guide to keep the change focused and discoverable.

@DakotaB75 Make sure to provide enough practical information for users to get started with testing for Ruby, similar to how the other topics are covered (e.g. debugging). This also includes adding relevant screenshot(s).
