Update Go dependencies to latest compatible versions

Changes

• google.golang.org/grpc: v1.76.0 → v1.77.0
  • v1.78.0 introduces breaking changes in internal/transport (missing ReadFrameHeader/ReadFrameForHeader methods)
• golang.org/x packages: Updated net (v0.42.0 → v0.49.0), sys (v0.34.0 → v0.40.0), text (v0.31.0 → v0.33.0)
  • Updated corresponding replace directives to satisfy grpc v1.77.0 requirements
• google.golang.org/protobuf: v1.36.10 → v1.36.11
• google.golang.org/genproto/googleapis/rpc: Updated to v0.0.0-20260120221211-b8f7ae30c516

The pinned versions in replace were preventing newer grpc versions from building due to missing upstream dependencies.
