libstoragemgmt installation is currently broken as the package has dependencies on the binaries from shadow-utils package. The following error is seen while installing the package,

... line 1: groupadd: command not found
... line 3: useradd: command not found
error: %prein(libstoragemgmt-1.9.8-1.azl3.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 127
package libstoragemgmt-1.9.8-1.azl3.x86_64: script error in %prein

Once the dependency on shadow-utils is added, the package installation is successful for libstoragemgmt as shadow-utils package will be installed as dependency.

Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/libstoragemgmt.service → /usr/lib/systemd/system/libstoragemgmt.service.
