Update deployment docs and agent config names

Expanded DeploymentGuide.md with detailed environment setup, deployment options, troubleshooting, and debugging instructions. Renamed agent names in legal_contract_team.json and rfp_analysis_team.json for clarity. Improved post-deployment messaging in azure.yaml and azure_custom.yaml. Updated infra/main_custom.bicep to allow optional VM admin credentials and added logging environment variables. Deleted obsolete infra/scripts/process_sample_data.sh and team_config_and_data.sh scripts. Updated readme images and made minor code formatting improvements in utils_af.py.
