using the [system.console]::foregroundcolor under ubuntu will complaing the color -1 is not valid

This pull request makes a minor change to the
Write-Logfunction inFabricPS-PBIP.psm1, simplifying the logging output by removing the use of custom foreground color formatting. The log messages will now display using the default console color. ([System.Console]::ForegroundColor is not available under ubuntu)
