Description
The ObjectModel and Rendering IDLs for UWP and WinUI3 are essentially the same, but were separated out into separate files. This change replaces these separate IDLs with shared IDLs in the Shared projects. Combining them and having one file that works for both types of Xaml will ensure that the two OMs and Renderers stay in sync.
