What I Changed

Add clang-format style file(same as ArduinoIDE v2 default format settings).
Format headers and sources.
Add vscode workspace settings for save on format.
Check code formatting step in CI.

What I Tested

Run CI successfully in my forked repository.
CI fails when unformatted file pushed.
