This PR adds acceptance test data for the improver PR: metoppv/improver#2259.
Images of the acceptance test data is shown below. The inputs are shown in the order of: coarse resolution at T+6, high resolution at T+6, coarse resolution at T+12, high resolution at T+12.
Outputs are shown below in the order of: single lead time KGO, multiple lead time KGO at T+6, multiple lead time KGO at T+12.
