Thanks for getting the release out. I don't think there is anything else to be included in the release. I still would like to fix the RPATH handling but I struggle to find time to get the patches in good shape for review. No one is complaining too loudly about the issue with RPATH thus we can focus on this for the next release.

This release has been pending for a while, the iOS support in particular. It'd be good to get this out. I would expect the next release to come much more quickly - the Stable ABI support for 3.15 will need some changes soon for example. There are other PRs for new features, but none merge-ready at the moment.
If we merge gh-819 first, we can do this release with trusted publishing - if we do, that should be added to the changelog.
