Description
Centralizes OpenSpec workflow skills by establishing
.agents/skills/as the single source of truth for all Claude Code skills, moving content from scattered locations (.claude/skills/,.pi/skills/,.github/skills/) and adding comprehensive OpenSpec workflow support including explore, new, continue, apply, verify, archive, bulk-archive, sync, propose, ff, and onboard skills. Also duplicates skill content to.claude/commands/,.github/prompts/, and.pi/prompts/for cross-platform AI assistant compatibility, and adds supporting infrastructure (OpenSpec config, Claude Code hooks for audit logging and bash validation, security rules, and statusline script).What should be covered while testing?
