Without :verify_peer in the options a warning reminds you that validation is not enabled


          add {:verify, :verify_peer} if verify function is used

@emischorr fyi I've merged this into my OTP20+ fork: https://github.com/dominicletz/elixir-socket2 and published as hex package socket2
