Ports over the
max_loops(a rapidfire firework will stop running after checking for jobsmax_loopstimes and finding none in the READY state) feature fromrlaunch rapidfiretorlaunch multi. Have noticed in testing job packing jobs that this was not supported and has a high potential to unintentionally waste computeHave already tested that this works in practice but have not added CI tests
