the container has python 3.11 not 3.12 , as the plugins directory was missing it was causing the whole thing to crash

actually I dont know if this is the best solution I worked out that there was a more up to date docker image on dockerhub perviously but then when you left pd it went away so maybe better solution is to get the updated version on to dockerhub but I dont know how interested you would be in maintaining this |
