This one you can't accept, because I did it in the JS file. Sorry, but I don't now CoffeScript.
Anyway, there are interesting changes you can easily apply to your .coffe file: fixed the ".last()" problem and made changes so that we can have selects with options.placeholderOption=false, and created an options.changed function.
