Summary

  • Remove duplicate 'MANDATORY: Use td for Task Management' section in CLAUDE.md (lines 3-11 duplicated lines 13-23)
  • Fix broken cross-reference in docs/guides/collaboration.md — ../sync-plan-03-merged.md now correctly points to ../implemented/sync-plan-03-merged.md
  • Expand td-task-management quick_reference.md with ~30 previously undocumented commands: notes, boards, dependencies, work session subcommands, session/focus, and utilities
  • Expand SKILL.md commands-by-category with matching coverage
  • Update docs/guides/README.md migration table to reflect new cli-commands-guide partial coverage

Test plan

  • go build passes
  • go test ./... passes (docs-only changes)
  • Verify cross-reference link resolves: docs/implemented/sync-plan-03-merged.md exists
  • Spot-check documented commands against td <cmd> --help (all commands verified against actual CLI help output)
