This project was driven by the question: How might we increase staff adoption rate of Agentic AI initiatives?
This is a collaborative exploration in early 2026 between HK PolyU School of Design, Bowtie, and GovStack UX/Serevice Design working grouo, to build trust frameworks for AI adoption in professional settings. March 2026.
The current outcome is a version alpha of Trust Signals and a teemplate of Workshop to mobilise stakeholders and make use of the current set of Trust Signals.
This is very much a work in progress, and we welcome feedback, comments, contributions, or opportunities to conduct further workshops with teams trying to foster staff adoption on their existing or upcoming agentic AI initiatives.
