This is a preparation for a larger fix. This particular pull request does not change any behavior.
The results are observeable via the blackvue_parser.py cli tool.
Before the fix, the timestamps in the resulting gpx file would be wrong,. e.g.
1970-01-01T00:00:00Z
After the fix:
2021-11-24T05:59:24.272000Z
