Created by the MakeHackVoid GovHack 2014 team.

Installing:

• use bundle install to install dependencies
• update env.sample with your settings and rename to .env
• update list of github ids for your team in git-issues-user.rb
• update default.erb to have a <li> for each github user on your team and change the dashboard heading
• start dashboard dashing start
