This small PR adds automatic PYPI uploading for every push to main
For this to work the github repository must have two new secrets added to the settings section. The secrets must be named
PYPI_USERNAME
PYPI_PASSWORD
These values must correspond to a user with access to the pypi package (suggested the openmcworkshop service account)
