The SimpleMDM documentation is wrong or misleading for these parameters. When including `include_awaiting_enrollment` key with any value (or no value), it will determine the value to be true.

SimpleMDM is looking into this as it seems the current results are not exactly what is expected, so this may not need to be merged yet. I'll convert it to a draft for now. |
