该 PR 针对 locals.js 中简体中文（zh-CN）词库，把源文案里出现的 bug/bugs/bug fixes/Bug report/Bug triage 等相关表达在目标语言中的译法统一为“隐错”，以减少同一概念在不同页面/模块中出现多种译名的情况。
Changes:
- 将多处包含
bug/bugs的英文源文案对应中文译文统一替换为“隐错” - 将多个页面中的默认标签名
"bug"的中文展示统一为“隐错” - 同步更新与
Bug report、Bug triage相关的模板/说明文本译法以保持一致
