Adds "remotemanager" branch which allows for remote downloading of plugins from git repos. #7

Only thing left to do is add the functions for updating and downloading files.
Newly downloaded plugins will no longer require a restart to use. Basic functionality is now present.
I also added basic instructions for seting up remote management.
